DIY Leg Warmers or Boot Socks. Simple tutorial with easy to understand instructions. Use the arms of sweaters (and if you can’t she gives you other options) and she shows you many cute ways to add embellishment to the tops. Tutorial by Made by Lex here. *I already posted this here but this is a better photo.

DIY Industrial Chic “Games People Play” Bracelet. Did you know Michaels has tons of tutorials? They only have one photo which isn’t ideal, but what is great for the beginner is that there are detailed lists with everything you need to buy. A lot of times “lines” go on sale - like Industrial Chic. Tutorial at Michaels here.
“This charm bracelet took inspiration from the original one of a kind piece, DIY Charm Bracelet using components from Industrial Chic at Michaels. “Games People Play” by Susan Lenart Kazmer.”

Look Familiar? Photography credit: Anthropologie. For you to get similar results, go to Anthropologie’s Amazing Style team and have them painstakingly make these for you. You can find the exact tutorial that’s now on the Popular Board  (not posted by me - and was there a source for any of this? Maybe I missed it) for these here. Or even better go to Martha Stewart’s site for more realistic expectations here.

Do It Yourself: Zipper Bracelets
Materials:
zipper to fit your wrist, jump ring, lobster clasp, drill or glue
Instructions:
Drill a tiny hole in the end of the zipper bigger enough for a jump ring, insert the jump ring to the end and attach a lobster clasp, [if you do not wish to drill you can hot glue or use e 6000 in a ventilated area], attach the lobster clasp to the zipper pull and Viola!!

!!!!!!!
Don’t forget to wear goggles of some sort when drilling through metal. Or really, when drilling through anything. I use old sunglasses if I can’t find any goggles around.
Or, if you’re not into drilling or gluing, you could sew the jump ring to the fabric at the end of the zipper. Use thick thread!
